Chef Ian will leave no detail unattended in order to make your flight a superior experience. On our large aircraft, a delicious hot or cold meal can be prepared and served by your in-flight service specialist from a varied choice of gourmet menu selections. On our mid- size and smaller aircraft, we can serve a choice of appetizing cold dishes or a variety of perfectly prepared hors d'oeuvres and sandwiches along with salads and deserts from our gourmet menu.

"We are centrally located on the Van Nuys Airport to accommodate all catering orders departing from any of the Southern California Airports. Our goal at Elite is to exceed your expectations in service with unique and exceptional food using fresh produce and the highest quality ingredients. We also cater to special dietary restrictions and requests, and will use organic, hormone free products, upon request. All items will be packaged to your specific needs, custom display platters, microwavable or oven safe containers, or in bulk. For your convenience, we are open Monday thru Friday, 24 hours a day, including holidays. Upon submitting a catering request, you will receive a confirmation of your order to ensure you receive exactly what you request. We enjoy an open line of communication with our clients, so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are confident that our menu will satisfy the desires of your distinctive palates, but please use our menu only as a guideline when ordering, and be assured that anything you request is possible."
