Outside Account Executive/Sales Position

A General Overview of Elite Aviation: Elite Aviation is acknowledged as one of the nation's premier jet management, charter and aircraft brokerage companies. Our corporate headquarters are located at the Van Nuys Airport in Southern California. Because of our current and projected growth, we once again find ourselves in need of a strong and seasoned salesperson to sell our high-end private charter services to the most notable and wealthy travelers. Our prospective clientele range from celebrities, corporations and private individuals. As an Account Executive for Elite Aviation, your primary responsibility will be to continue to grow our retail clientele. These sales will be comprised of both "on demand" charter as well as selling Elite's jet card—Travelwise®. Therefore, a verifiable and successful outside sales record selling to high net worth individuals, or a background in selling expensive products or services is a requirement. You will be located at our corporate office, and will report directly to Elite Aviation's Executive Vice President. As such, you will, on a daily basis, interface with the key executives and department heads of the company. This high visibility and interaction with these individuals will create a unique opportunity for future advancement. Requirements For The Position - General Skill Sets • a minimum of four years successful outside sales • must have sold to high net worth individuals, or have a background in selling products and services in the $50,000+ range • must have a successful background in developing new clients via prospecting on the telephone and in written form • must have excellent verbal skills • must have excellent written skills • must possess a broad-based view and understanding of business • must be good with numbers and math Aviation Industry background desired. Although it is not an absolute requirement, a background in selling private jet charter services, jet card membership programs, block time programs on jets, or jet aircraft fractional ownership to corporations and/or individuals is a major plus. You could also have a very successful background as an aircraft broker. Other Requirements and/or Preferences - • Must be a college graduate (four year school), or have a demonstrated ability to fulfill all of the requirements listed above. Compensation Program - The right candidate will generate a six figure income in their first 12 months.
