Hart is now distinguished as the only member of the HCIMA working in the private jet aviation industry. In his role as Director of In-Flight Services, Hart is responsible for bringing to Elite Aviations' in-flight cabins the same high standard of luxury that is found in the world's finest hotels.

Hart was educated in Hospitality Management at Westminster University and is also trained as a chef and sommelier.
